The children’s behaviour today has just been brilliant. We were very proud of each and every one of them.
Both classes got to take part in a ‘Toys from the past’ workshop and a transport workshop but the highlight of day was clearly LUNCH!
Road Safety week
We have been talking and thinking about road safety this week. The children were great at discussing how to stay safe at the roadside, especially outside school when it is busy. We designed our own safe roadways in the construction area complete with a pedestrian crossing, traffic lights and a police officer to keep an eye on everything.
Art – self portraits 👀
In our lesson today, Ms Jones showed us how to draw our eyes. We used mirrors to have a really good look at our eyes and then had lots of goes in our sketch books.
RE – learning about morals
In RE, 1D acted out the story of the Good Samaritan. We all took different roles.
Anti-bullying week – Odd Socks Day
Such a lot of silly odd socks today. Thank you for supporting our anti-bullying week.
